Gorillaz Sound System

The Gorillaz Sound System is an audio / visual treat for all Gorillaz fans.

The show consists of DJ Kofi (DMC Champion)

The DJ delivers 60 - 90 minutes of Gorillaz well known tracks, beats from the new material plus remixes the tracks live with a variety of other huge dance floor classics.

While DJ'ing he remixes the visuals live on Serato.

Much of the visuals are also synched to react live to key parts of the set.

The visuals of course are provided by the fabulous Jamie Hewlett and feature all your favourite Gorillaz characters.

Remi, the Gorillaz percussionist adds another layer to the DJ performance with a variety of percussion instruments, while Pauly is on drums.

Roland, the Gorillaz official VJ controls the visual synchs and content along with DJ Kofi.

Expect extra special treats, like exclusive film content of Killa Kella beatboxing (he is scheduled to join the show in 2010 and will be beatboxing against his own character). The show is suitable for club shows, dance stages, DJ line ups and of course corporate bookings where a visual theme can be bespoked for you.
